Eyeball Games PTE LTD ("Eyeball Games", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information when you use our mobile pool game, Pool Masters (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your information.
This privacy policy constitutes a binding contract between You and Eyeball Games. Please share your Personal Data on the App, only if You have read, understood and consented to the terms contained herein. Any sharing of Personal Data on the App, shall be construed as Your consent to these terms.

However, You confirm, acknowledge and agree that no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Eyeball Games does not make any absolute representation or warranty regarding the security of Your Data.
You acknowledge and agree that Eyeball Games cannot possibly guarantee absolute protection against loss of information. As the internet is susceptible to unforeseen security issues, Eyeball Games can only make reasonable efforts to protect Your Personal Information, but cannot give an absolute guarantee regarding the same. Eyeball Games shall not be liable in the event, Your Personal Information is unauthorizedly disclosed on account of improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss of information, or any security breach which is beyond the reasonable control of Eyeball Games.
6. Third-Party Websites
Some content on the App may contain links to third-party websites or applications. If You choose to click on such links, You would be redirected to a third-party website. Please note that, Our EULA and privacy policy cease to apply as and when You are redirected to a third party website. You are advised to read the privacy policy of such third-party websites before You submit any Personal Information on such a website. We shall not be responsible for any loss of information which may occur on such third-party websites. Eyeball Games is not liable to obtain your consent for a third-party's privacy policy.
7. Data Retention
We will not retain information longer than necessary for the purposes carried out by us unless required by Data Protection Legislation. We may need to retain Personal Data in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or to comply with applicable law, including accounting rules. Information is deleted or anonymized by Eyeball Games as soon as it no longer serves the purpose it was collected and processed for. Eyeball Games stores Data only as per Applicable Laws.
8. International Transfers
We process your information in several countries, including countries within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), the United States of America, Singapore and others. When we transfer your information outside the UK or the EEA, we may transfer it to countries that have been recognised as offering adequate protection by the EEA or the UK. When this adequacy status has not been offered, we use standard contracts that can be used in the EEA or the UK to safeguard your Information while transferring it outside the EEA or the UK. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not targeted at people who are under the age of eighteen (18) years old hence we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18) years old. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@eyeball.gg. We will promptly delete any such information upon verification.
10. Force Majeure
You agree that You shall not hold Eyeball Games responsible or liable for any non-performance of any obligations under this Privacy Policy, if such non-performance arises due to events including but not limited to:

Floods, fire, earthquakes or any natural disaster or acts of god.

Riots, war or any such act of violence.
c.
Epidemics/Pandemics
d.
Unprecedented technical errors including but not limited to network errors, unforeseen down time of the internet and power outages affecting internet services.

Hacking
f.
Global internet shutdowns.
g.
Any change in applicable laws.
h.
Any other reason beyond the Company’s control.
11. Limitation of Liability
You further agree, that You shall not hold Eyeball Games liable for any unauthorized disclosure or leakage of your Personal Information, directly or indirectly, by Eyeball Games or any third-party. Eyeball Games shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or remote damages arising out of or in connection with this privacy policy. The total liability of Eyeball Games in the event of breach of this privacy policy shall not exceed the actual amount received by Eyeball Games from you.
